"Felt a Bit Pushy"
I remember going in hoping for a simple, easy experience, but they kept offering extra add-ons over and over. At first I tried to brush it off, but after a while it started to feel a little annoying and took away from the whole experience.

They did an alright job on the inside overall, but the cup holders were still dirty and there was some dust left behind. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t exactly impressive either. If that’s the kind of detail I can expect next time, I’d probably just try somewhere else.

I noticed a small scratch on my truck after a wash and, not gonna lie, my first thought was that the universe had launched another tiny operation against my patience.

I reached out to washtub.com expecting the usual runaround, but weirdly enough, they actually listened, looked into it, and helped get everything sorted way faster than I figured. Almost suspiciously efficient, if you ask me.

Stuff happens, and I get that, but the way they handled it made a big difference. They didn’t dodge it or make it weird, so yeah, I’d go back again.

"It was usable, but some areas…"
It was usable, but some areas looked like they could’ve used a better wipe down. The floors had some dirt around, and the sinks weren’t exactly great either. I mean, it wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average overall.

"Really Solid Laundry Service"
I tried washtub.com for my laundry this week, the wash quality was really good. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and not overly scented, which I really appreciated because I can’t be the only one who hates when laundry smells like a whole bottle of detergent, right? Even a few shirts that had some older smells came back way better than I expected. Everything was folded nicely too, but the main thing for me is that it actually felt properly washed. No weird spots, no damp smell, nothing off. I’d definitely use them again

I’ll admit, I kind of assumed it was going to be a hassle to get it taken care of, but they came back and cleaned everything up without making a big deal out of it. Really appreciated that.

"They kinda fixed my issue fast"
I had a problem with my wash order and thought it was going to be a whole hassle. I emailed Washtub and they got back to me quickly, actually listened to what happened, and got it sorted without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Mistakes happen, but I was kinda impressed with how they handled it. I’d definitely use them again

"Fair Prices Overall"
The prices at Washtub seem reasonable 🙂 Not exactly super cheap, but not overpriced either. I do think a few of the wash options could be a little less expensive, but overall it feels fair enough.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered from washtub.com and overall I was happy with it. I’d already figured they seemed reliable from what I’d seen, and my order basically confirmed that for me. The site was simple enough to use, everything showed up the way it was supposed to, and the prices felt fair. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but not enough to bother me. I’d probably order from them again.

"Pretty Easy Laundry Stop"
I used The Wash Tub to find a laundromat close by, and from what I remember, it worked out well. The place had mostly good equipment, the washers looked clean, the buttons all seemed to work, and the dryers actually got my clothes dry the first time, which I definitely noticed. I vaguely remember one washer having some old soap around the tray, so it wasn’t totally spotless, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d use it again.

"Really Happy With How Clean My Car Turned Out"
I got the detail package through washtub.com, i was impressed. For the price, it felt like a really good deal. My car looked so much cleaner than I expected, especially the inside, which had gotten embarrassingly messy. It felt kind of amazing getting back into a fresh, clean car. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it took a bit longer than I had planned, which was a little frustrating. Still, overall I was happy with the results and would probably use them again

I’ve started noticing a pattern with places lately, when I really need something, they’re often closed or hard to reach. This place was the exception. It was open exactly when I needed it, which made things so much easier. Simple thing, but really appreciated
